Quick Reference Rules

  • Normal OT: 1.5× HRP per hour beyond 8h.
  • Rest Day ≤ 4h: 0.5× ORP for the day.

  • Rest Day > 8h: 1.0× ORP + 2.0× HRP per OT hour.
  • Public Holiday ≤ 8h: 2.0× ORP.
  • Public Holiday > 8h: 2.0× ORP + 3.0× HRP per OT hour beyond 8h.
