• Free HR tools and calculators

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

4. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated to you before engagement. Payment terms include:

• Fees are payable as agreed in the service contract

• Use confidential information only for the intended purpose
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sumHRo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party actions or government decisions
• Any damages exceeding the fees paid for the specific service

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will provide final deliverables as agreed
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
• Data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice.
